My offering in this regard is a short training course in Integrative Problem Solving and Integrative Thinking which everyone in an organization can do with minimum facilitation. As well as providing everyone with a tool for making Integrative Thinking and Integrative Problem Solving a habit it provides all with a common basis for communication - essential for success in any group or organization.
